If your child is interested in becoming a Telesis Junior Academy Tiger Basketball Player, please print, complete, and  return the form below to Randy Rochon, Telesis Athletic Director by October 21, 2016.
This will be AIA Regulation Basketball, so it is essential to get as much positive feedback as possible.
We will be competing against other local Junior High Programs.
